So I had a flash of inspiration I wanted to share with you….
We all have places we go for a little downtime and to regain some headspace, but a really successful strategy is for those businesses is to connect with their customers in a meaningful way during this rare ‘downtime’ – but in a non-intrusive way!
I saw a great example of this today which I thought I’d share for some inspiration:
I was reclining at the hairdressers and instead of staring up at a blank ceiling, I was treated to a nice montage of the company’s USPs, services and values which I was able to mull over during my treatment. I thought it was a great, non-intrusive way to showcase other services within the salon and give me more of a flavour of what their ethos and USPs were – which I could bring up myself if I was interested, rather than being on the receiving end of an enthusiastic verbal sales pitch while I was trying to relax!
It made me think – are you making the best use of your clinic treatment and waiting areas to connect with your clients in a meaningful way?
Are you showcasing your unique style, what you offer and what you’re known for?
Are you giving them food for thought that could spark a conversation or plant the seed for a future visit?
Whilst we obviously don’t want to bombard our visitors with visual stimuli, it might be worth considering where and how you can subtly enhance your clinic’s visitors to leave a more lasting impression….
